For customers in the queue

Wait calmly. Staff will photograph you and send your number to your phone.

Queueline replaces wristbands with a signed digital card. You don't need to install anything. Staff will walk down the line, photograph each person in order, and AirDrop you a card with your number on it.

  1. 1

A staff member takes your photo

They'll ask your first name. The system assigns you the next number — #1 if you're first, and so on.

  2. 2

    They AirDrop you your card

A square image with your number, your photo, the time you arrived, and a QR for verification. Save it to Photos.

  3. 3

Show the card to staff at admission

Staff matches your face to the photo. Admitted. Done. The QR proves the card is genuine — scan it any time.

Why you can't use this app

Only authorised staff can register customers. This is to stop people adding fake entries or jumping the queue digitally. If you think you've been missed, ask a staff member — your photo is the proof.

Lost your card?

Find a staff member and tell them your number. They'll check the photo on their list against your face and re-AirDrop your card.
